Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Access is via key box or personal key handover. Free parking right at the house — the Eifel is best reached by car.

Pets are welcome in many of our accommodations — including Das Nest, Domizil, Maisonette Eifel, Kaiserliche Hofpost and the Roggendorf apartments. In some cases a one-off fee of €20 applies; please mention your pet when booking.
