When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. At many of our accommodations access is via a key box or personal key handover — you'll receive the exact details before arrival.
Is there free parking?
Yes, at all our accommodations in the Eifel free parking is available right by the house. The Eifel region is best reached by car.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at many of our accommodations, including Das Nest, Domizil, Maisonette Eifel, Kaiserliche Hofpost, the Roggendorf apartments and others. In some cases a one-off fee of €20 applies. Please indicate when booking whether you are bringing a pet.
What makes Ferienbahnhof Eifel special?
All our accommodations are in lovingly restored historic buildings — from a railway carriage (Gleis 1 and 2) to the old station and signal box, to former schoolhouses, an Imperial Court Post Office from 1870 and a converted stable. Each accommodation has its own character and combines history with modern comfort.
Are there wellness facilities such as a sauna or hot tub?
Yes, several of our accommodations offer a private hot tub, fireplace or sauna — including Eifel Kate, Eifelstein, Gleis 1, Oldschool and the Maisonette Eifel. At some locations in Dahlem you can add the SpaBox with sauna and hot tub as an option.
